Chose Posen for its latest designer collaboration—and we couldn't be more excited. Zac Posen and M.A.C. Go way back: The makeup brand even worked with Posen on his first collection back in 2001. 'I have always wanted to create a makeup line to complement my designs and my brand,' says Posen, 'and it was only natural to work with M.A.C. To create my first-ever signature collection.' And while we don't know all the minute details about that collection, judging from product shot above (and the ad image featuring model Guinevere Van Seenus, below), it's going be as chic and glamorous as his designs.

I bought two of the Zac Posen lipsticks in Sheer Madness and Dangerously Red. Sheer Madness is a pearly pink Lustre finish and gives a glossy sheen to the lips and Dangerously Red is a killer Matte red with staying power that suits most skin tones, even pale faces like me. I wore this with no lipstick sealant such as Lipcote etc and it stayed on all day with minimal need for touch up even after eating and drinking. It has the trademark MAC vanilla scent so it also smells delicious. My main disappointment is the fact that it is a collection piece so I can’t buy it again. I would however highly recommend this shade if you can find a similar one.
